Q: What kinds of wall types can you mount items to?
A: We mount to drywall, plaster, brick, concrete, and tile. Some surfaces may require specialized hardware or tools, which we’re happy to provide. If you’re unsure what type of wall you have, we can help you figure it out during the booking process or on-site.

Q: Do you provide the hardware needed to mount the item(s)?
A: Yes, we come prepared with a wide range of hardware for most mounting needs (anchors, hooks, screws, etc.). If your item came with specialty hardware, we’re happy to use that as well. If something unusual is needed, we’ll discuss options with you before proceeding.

Q: Do I need to be home?
A: Yes. We need you there to show us your vision for the project.  We want to make sure the item is in the exact place you want it before drilling into your walls. 

Q: Can you help with layout and design decisions?
A: Absolutely! Whether it’s a gallery wall, collage layout, or just figuring out the best spot for a large canvas, we’re happy to offer input and help bring your ideas to life.

Q: How do you make sure items are level and centered?A: We use precision tools like laser levels, stud finders, and measuring tapes to make sure everything is properly aligned, level, and spaced according to your preferences.

Q: What if I have a gallery wall or multiple items to hang?
A: No problem! We’re experienced with multi-piece arrangements. Just let us know ahead of time how many pieces you’re planning to hang so we can allocate enough time for measuring, planning, and execution

Q: Do you repair holes or damage from previous hangings?
A: Minor patching can be done upon request, but full wall repair or painting isn’t included in this service. If you need a referral for a painter or handyman, we can help connect you.

Q: How long does the appointment usually take?
A: Most single-piece hangings take about 15–30 minutes. Multi-item or gallery walls can take 1–2 hours depending on the size and complexity. We’ll give you an estimate once we see the project
